    逐步聚类在医学中的应用翻译

      目前逐步聚类作为数据挖掘中的一项重要技术,在医学上得到广泛的应用。

      At present, as an important technology in data mining, stepwise clustering is widely used in medicine.

      逐步聚类分析在中医辨证客观化、定量化的研究中,多用于疾病的中医证候分类,为中医临床辨证论治依据提供分型的方法学[1];如张明雪等运用聚类分析等数理统计方法对数据结果进行统计分析,归纳出冠心病合并高血压4 个阶段的证候类型及证候特征[2]。在方剂研究中,动态聚类分析多用于研究方剂中的用药规律、用药方案筛选等相关研究中。周鲁等应用模糊数学中的聚类分析方法,讨论解表类中药之间的相互关系[3]。模糊动态聚类分析也在医学图像处理中得到应用;如田捷等将该方法应用于CT、螺旋CT和MRI等三维医学图像处理与分析,较好识别了薄骨和关节接合处骨骼,重建后三维模型可清晰地再现解剖结构[4]。

      In the study on objectification and quantification of TCM syndrome differentiation, stepwise clustering analysis is more used in TCM syndrome classification of diseases to provide methodology of classification for TCM clinic treatment based on syndrome differentiation[1];For example, Zhang Mingxue, et al. applied mathematical statistics methods such as clustering analysis to conduct statistical analysis on data results and summed up the types and characteristics of syndromes in four phases of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension [2]. In the study on prescription, dynamic clustering analysis is more used for the study related to medication rule and screening of medication regimen in the prescriptions, etc. Zhou Lu, et al. applied clustering analysis method in fuzzy mathematics to discuss the mutual relations between the TCMs relieving exterior syndrome [3]. Fuzzy dynamic clustering analysis is also applied in medical image processing; for example, Tian Jie, et al. applied this method to three-dimensional medical image processing and analysis, such as CT, spiral CT and MRI, thus better identifying thin bones and bones at the articulated joints; after rebuilding, the 3D model can clearly reappear the anatomical structure [4].
